A couple of girls in my class is seriously defending meninism. We started talking about the music video to Bad Blood and I said it eas great and that i loved how the girls in it weren't shown as sexy but rather as powerful, and that it was the future and the makers of action movies should take notes. And they started to disagree with me? Because They think action movies are great as they are and that they need no change? They also said the music video was unequal and unfair, because there was no male actors. Then I kind of mentioned meninism and after I explained what it was to them they started saying that they agreed? Like wtf, they agreed that men is oppressed. I normally like my class, bc they are all non-homophobic, non-transphobic, non-racist etc. But this made me start disliking them. Like seriously, men are not oppressed.
